Fees:   My Phillips typically charges by the hour.  His current hourly rate is $450.00.  However, for large or complex or multi-party cases Mr. Phillips sometimes charges a flat fee.  Please check with Mr. Phillips if you want to know if a flat fee would apply to your case and the amount of the fee. There are also some exceptions made for reduced fees upon request for very small cases.
